![]() ![]() It was easy to tell what was going on as opposed to the Inchoate Flesh which does whatever the heck it wants. ![]() Good fight IMO, at least that first incarnation of him. There's also Fulminate which inflicts Blight but that's not a big deal if you come stocked with blight removal (which you should given the nature of the ruins lol). ![]() In truth, the Sonorous Prophet's only REAL damaging ability is that boulder drop so healing right after removes death's door and buys a few more turns to repeat my strategy before he drops them again. After they'd come down, I'd use those turns to heal with my Occultist or my Crusader and continue my strategy. I didn't really move my party around to dodge boulders as everyone's position was ideal. heres some good tips, bring as many bandages as you can, and bring a good stress healer/stress reduction trinkets, as they are the primary threats in the dungeon, and a team that can shuffle around or handle attacking from most positions, also the Darkest Dungeon quests will always have the same layout so if you keep having to bail or if everyone dies. My Crusader and Arbalest did most of the work while my occultist handled the healing (and my crusader to some degree with his bandages) and my highwayman set up my Crusader's holy lance by using Duelist's Advance since he takes his turn first.īasically I'd mark the Prophet with the Arbalest (or occultist if healing wasn't necessary) for the extra crossbow damage and then as mentioned I'd use the Highwayman's Duelist Advance for damage but to more importantly set up Holy Lance (as Smite obviously couldn't reach). My set up as you would see it on screen: Occultist, Arbalest, Highwayman, Crusader. I killed off the front most pew and that was it. ![]()
